This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications published by Gongbaek Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) that link to this Privacy Policy.

Our applications may be supported by advertising, optional in-app purchases, or both. The information processed and services used vary by application, platform, version, enabled features, and your privacy choices.

Information Collection and Use

Our applications and their integrated service providers may process:

We do not require you to provide your name or email address merely to play our games unless a particular feature expressly requires it. However, information such as IP addresses and device identifiers may constitute personal information under applicable law.

We use information to operate our applications, provide purchases and supported restoration, display and measure advertising, understand gameplay, improve performance and stability, prevent fraud, maintain security, respond to requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Where required, we obtain consent before the relevant processing. Other processing may be necessary to provide requested services, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, subject to applicable law.

Location Data

Our applications do not collect precise GPS location information.

Service providers may derive approximate location, such as country or region, from an IP address for purposes including advertising, regional settings, consent requirements, analytics, and fraud prevention.

Advertising

Some applications display advertisements through providers such as Google AdMob and Unity Ads.

These providers may process device identifiers, IP addresses, advertising interactions, and other information for ad delivery, personalization where permitted, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

Advertising personalization and tracking depend on applicable law, platform requirements, and your consent or opt-out choices. Declining personalized advertising or tracking does not necessarily remove advertisements.

Analytics, Attribution, and Crash Reporting

To understand application usage, measure advertising campaigns, and improve reliability, some applications may use:

Depending on the integration and applicable permissions, these services may process installation and app-launch events, gameplay activity, session information, purchase events, technical diagnostics, and device or app-instance identifiers.

Using the Meta SDK for app-event measurement does not by itself mean an application offers Facebook Login.

In-App Purchases

Some applications offer optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.

Some applications use services such as RevenueCat or backend infrastructure such as Cloudflare to manage purchase status, validate transactions, restore supported entitlements, prevent duplicate fulfillment, or address refunds and fraud.

Gongbaek Studio does not collect, receive, or store payment card information.

We are responsible for selecting and configuring integrated services consistently with our disclosed practices and applicable requirements.

App Tracking Transparency on iOS

On iOS, our applications request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing the advertising identifier (IDFA) or performing tracking across other companies’ apps and websites that requires ATT authorization.

If you allow tracking, advertising partners may use permitted information for personalized advertising, advertising measurement, and related purposes.

If you decline, we do not access the IDFA or perform tracking that requires ATT authorization. Other permitted processing, such as non-tracking diagnostics, may still occur.

You can change tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Privacy Choices

Where required, our applications display consent or privacy options through Google User Messaging Platform or other applicable controls.

Where available, you can revisit your choices through the application’s privacy options. Device settings may provide additional advertising and privacy controls.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully performed before withdrawal. Changing consent settings does not automatically delete previously collected information.

Data Sharing

Information may be disclosed to providers supporting advertising, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, hosting, security, and application functionality.

We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, or establish or defend legal rights.

Depending on applicable law, certain disclosures for personalized advertising may be classified as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising, even without a monetary payment. Where applicable, you may exercise relevant opt-out rights through available privacy controls or by contacting us.

International Processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those transfers must be subject to appropriate safeguards.

Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Retention depends on the information involved, application functionality, provider settings, support needs, security requirements, and legal obligations.

Certain transaction, refund, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained after a deletion request. Information that has been irreversibly anonymized may be retained separately.

Children’s Privacy

Our applications are not specifically directed toward children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances prohibited by applicable law. Additional age and consent requirements may apply in some regions.

If you believe a child’s information has been processed improperly, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Data Deletion, Privacy Requests, and Opt-Out

We may request limited additional information reasonably necessary to verify your request and locate relevant records. An email address alone may not identify information recorded under an app-instance or device identifier.

We will review requests and respond within applicable legal time limits. Where appropriate, we will coordinate with providers processing information on our behalf. If we cannot reasonably identify relevant records or must retain certain information, we will explain the limitation.

Uninstalling an application stops collection through that installed copy, but does not automatically delete information already transmitted to us or service providers. It may also leave device backups or purchase records unaffected.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of your information, withdraw consent, opt out of certain advertising-related processing, or complain to a data protection authority.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be revised.

Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect. Continued use of an application does not replace consent where consent is required.
